Commission opened a public consultation concerning a draft act to amend of Annex I POP Regulation concerning the entry on hexabromocyclododecane (HBCDD).

This draft act amends the limit value for the presence of HBCDD as an unintentional trace contaminant in substances, mixtures and articles.

The consultation is opened until 26 December 2023.
