A new regulation (Regulation (EU) 2020/1203) updating the Annex I of POPs Regulation has been published in the Official Journal.

The new regulation modifies the specific entry of the perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its derivatives (PFOS) for which the information on the “Specific exemption on intermediate use or other specification” has been modified.
