A new amendment of the Annex I to the POPs Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/277) has been published in the Official Journal.

The amendment updates the fourth column (“Specific exemption on intermediate use or other specification”) of the part A of the Annex I of the Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 of the entry for pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters.
