The next Conference of the Stockholm Concention Parties in June 2022 is expected to list PFHxS, its salts and PFHxS-related compounds under the Convention.

EU POPs Regulation implements the commitments of the Union under the Stockholm Convention. This delegated act will amend Annex I of the Regulation to include PFHxS, its salts and PFHxS-related compounds to implement the listing of these substances under the Convention.
