The European Commission has adopted an amendment to the Annex I to the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP) Regulation on 25 September 2025.

The amendment (regulation (EU) 2025/1930) enter into force on the 15 October 2025 and adds a new entry for Dechlorane Plus to Annex I of POP.
