The European Commission is looking for comments on a draft delegated act to amend the entry for perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS) and its derivatives in Annex I of the POP Regulation.

This measure will reduce the maximum PFOS concentration allowed as unintentional trace contaminant in substances, mixtures and articles and remove the last specific exemption in the EU.
