On 23 November 2022, an amendment of the Annex I POPs Regulation (Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2291) has just been published in the official Journal.

This amendment modifies the Part A of Annex I POPs, in the fourth column (“Specific exemption on intermediate use or other specification”) of the entry for hexachlorobenzene.
