The EU Council just published its decision on a proposal for the listing of bis(2-ethylhexyl) tetrabromophthalate (TBPH) in Annex A or Annex B to the Stockholm Convention. The decision is based on a proposal that was discussed with the Member States and other stakeholders and was subject to a public consultation in summer 2025.
