Stockholm Convention – Council decision of a proposal to list TBPH in Annex A
The EU Council just published its decision on a proposal for the listing of bis(2-ethylhexyl) tetrabromophthalate (TBPH) in Annex A of the Stockholm convention.
The Union should therefore submit a proposal to the Secretariat of the Convention for the listing of TBPH in Annex A to the Convention to reduce the global emissions of that substance.
